Production Story

Filmiamo (formerly Luke Rafferty Visuals) submitted a proposal in response to an RFP for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Filmiamo was ultimately selected to produce the series of 4 videos, with each video highlighting a different Federation initiative.

One of the programs highlighted was Moving Traditions, which "invites young Jewish feminists of all genders to learn how to apply a Jewish feminist lens to the world, ask powerful questions, deepen their knowledge about social change and amplify their voices to share their beliefs and express a call to action." Filmiamo interviewed multiple leaders of the program, as well as Federation leadership, to capture the story of the supported initiative. Filmiamo also captured b-roll and utilized photos to edit together a cohesive narrative.
