Filmiamo was hired directly by Teleflex to capture the stories of individuals working in the sales function of the organization, to talk about how they ended up at Teleflex, the growth they've had since working there and why they love their jobs! The end goal of the video was to create content that highlights this function of the business, and serve as a recruiting tool.
In one day, Filmiamo captured numerous interviews with individuals at different levels of the sales function, and also captured b-roll of daily sales responsibilities. Interviews were conducted and cut together to create a cohesive narrative explaining sales at Teleflex.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the material, stock footage was utilized to represent hospital/doctor related situations as to not compromise any aspect of the business.
