Filmiamo was hired directly by Teleflex to capture the stories of individuals working in the sales function of the organization, to talk about how they ended up at Teleflex, the growth they've had since working there and why they love their jobs! The end goal of the video was to create content that highlights the sales function of the business, and serve as a recruiting tool.
In one day, Filmiamo captured interviews with individuals at different levels of the sales function, and captured b-roll of daily sales responsibilities. The interviews were cut together, and coupled with compelling visuals, to create a cohesive narrative explaining sales at Teleflex.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the material, stock footage was utilized to represent hospital/doctor related situations as to not compromise any aspect of the business. The video is utilized on the Teleflex Careers Page and social pages to encourage prospective employees to apply!
Filmiamo has also captured and created a video for Teleflex focusing on engineering recruiting, among other videos created for the company serving a variety of purposes.
